Squarewood is a joint initiative of highly talented individuals possessing extensive entrepreneurship spirit, knowledge, professional expertise and leadership qualities of running already established Business Houses, along with hands on experience in the Real Estate Industry . The company is focused in the business model of affordable housing as because the same would account to almost 60% of the Real Estate sector itself. Vikash Bansal, already being one of successful entrepreneurs & having a group turnover of Rs.450-500 Cr. have forayed in Real Estate sector for quite sometime & have successfully launched and nearing completion a 250 apartment residential project at Siliguri and have also sold a major portion of the project successfully along with his hands on experience in some small housing projects. Mr. Bikram Saraf is also involved in a Company as Director where the group is functioning for more than two decades and has delivered few prestigious projects in West Bengal. The engineering team is quite strong to execute challenging construction projects which needs complex customization as desired by customers like Bharti Airtel, RBI etc Mr Rakesh Gupta is a very senior professional with over 26 years of experience in different sectors. He has a great amount of experience in the Real Estate Sector, as he was working as the CEO of Srijan Reality Ltd.He also has experience of working at Managerial levels of established companies such as SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd, TCG Real Estate, Bharti Airtel Limited, Hitachi Home & Life Solutions(I)Ltd, Kirloskar AAF Limited, Development Consultants Limited.
